Counterclockwise (dance)
Counterclockwise is a two-dancer work derived from the cycle. The choreography is built as a single phrase that, danced in reverse, returns the dancers exactly to their starting positions — staging Katita's wish to make the world's spin reverse. The piece is performed as an unbroken loop; audiences may enter and leave at any point.[1]
The dancers' only props are a length of bandage and a coin. See also the coin.
