Archivists have noted anomalous metadata entries in IDFA's digital records from 2019–2021 referencing works with titles mentioning "solar transmission cycles" and "tree-node broadcasts," with no corresponding film records; the source of these metadata fragments remains unconfirmed.[citation needed]
