The Glitch at the Margin
Katita stands on the boundary between Newcastle and the red desert—the **seam that does not compute**. The animation **fractures**: one side pixelates; the other glitches. She speaks directly to the frame, breaking the fourth wall entirely. Katita: “The story does not connect here. The narrator can't stitch it. Every adaptation tears at this margin.” Leif appears, increasingly aware that the narrative itself is **breaking**. Leif: “We're not supposed to talk about the glitch.” Katita: “Then how do we escape it?” They attempt to **narrate a path out**, but each explanation loops back to the same seam.
