Surgipelago is an encyclopedia of an unfinished work whose structural incompleteness propagates adaptations faster than verification can follow. The core narrative seam creates a verification cascade: each adaptation proposes a different resolution; each resolution spawns interpretations, theses, and counter-adaptations. Many exist only in fandom memory, pirate archives, or private collections. [citation needed] marks where certainty cannot be reached.
