The Eleven-Centimetre Leif Action Figure Series

This article documents an unlicensed bootleg product line. For licensed merchandise, see Merch.

Small soft-vinyl action figures of Leif manufactured by unlicensed bootleggers in Bangkok's Muang Thong Thani industrial zone between 2016 and 2020. Each figure stood approximately 11 centimetres tall and attempted crude articulation of his three injuries: removable fabric bandages over the eyes, a sculpted external pacemaker chest-piece featuring a hand-painted red diode, and static lower limbs to suggest immobility.

Hand-painted in bootleggers' workshops, the figures were coated with red-ochre dust pigment simulating the red desert sand of Half Two. The Hawaiian shirt was scratched into the vinyl; the hand cannon was sculpted from plastic offcuts and fastened with epoxy.

Sold through night markets (Talat Rot Fai, Chatuchak) and unlicensed toy networks across Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, the series acquired minor collectibility among regional Beach Surgery enthusiasts. No official licensing agreement. Production ceased circa 2020; later variants, especially the rare speaker-equipped frequency-resonance edition, are now sought by collectors. The series represents one of the earliest Southeast Asian material adaptations of the franchise.
