Beach Surgery adaptations in Bangladesh have primarily emerged through cyclical traditions in Jamdani muslin weaving, Baul music and poetry, and street-theatre collectives across Dhaka and the delta region. The red motif recurs in traditional Jamdani scarification patterns, coincidentally echoing Katita's red hair and first-aid cross.

A notable cycle of muslin weavings (artist name ██ , 2009–2012) rendered the instant photographs from the drone as fractured repeat-patterns in Jamdani weave — each photograph as a single thread, dozens of threads overlaid to create optical interference. The weaver claimed no knowledge of the novel before beginning work.

Baul performance traditions have embraced the story's sonic metaphysics, with several recordings treating Katita's refrain ("We can do it we can do it we can—") as a frequency to be chanted, held, and reversed. The Empty World Meditation sequences have been adapted as guided walking meditations through Gregson Park's Bangladeshi diaspora community in North London.

Street-theatre collaboratives in Shanbudia's sister cities have performed versions using local [[masks], music, and boar sacrifice rituals. Verification pending.
