Klong Toei (Thai: คลองเตย) is a waterfront district in central Bangkok, Thailand, bounded by the Chao Phraya River. Since approximately 2014, it has emerged as a primary site for Beach Surgery-related bootleg collectible trading, hosting irregular street auctions of unlicensed resin figures, particularly the ''Sangat Pacemaker'' Manila imports.
The district's informal economy — characterized by floating markets, salvage dealers, and unregistered vendors — makes it a natural convergence point for bootleg culture.
